This Privacy Policy explains how Codivra Solutions ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses and protects your personal data when you visit our website, contact us, subscribe to our newsletter or work with us. We process personal data in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000 and its rules.

Information you give us

Contact and project enquiries: your name, email address, phone number, company name, the service you're interested in, your budget range and your message.
Newsletter: your email address.
Client projects: contact and billing details, and any material you share with us to deliver the project.

Information collected automatically

Usage and performance data: pages visited, approximate location (country or city), device and browser type, and page-load performance. We use privacy-friendly analytics that don't use advertising cookies.
Server logs: IP address and request details, kept for a short time for security and troubleshooting.

How we use your information

To reply to your enquiry and prepare proposals or estimates.
To deliver, support and invoice the services you've engaged us for.
To send our newsletter, only if you've subscribed. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
To understand how the website is used and improve it.
To keep the website secure, prevent spam and abuse, and meet legal obligations.

We do not sell or rent your personal data.

We process your data with your consent (for example, when you submit a form or subscribe), to take steps you ask for before entering into a contract, to perform a contract with you, or where permitted by law. You can withdraw consent at any time; this won't affect processing that has already taken place.

We share data only with trusted service providers who help us run the website and our business, and only as much as they need:

Hosting and infrastructure: Vercel (website hosting), Neon (database), Cloudinary (image storage).
Email: our email provider, used to send replies and newsletters.
Analytics: Vercel Analytics, and Google Tag Manager / Google Analytics.

We may also disclose information if required by law, a court order or a government authority.

Cookies

Our public website doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. The admin area uses one essential cookie to keep authorised staff signed in. We use Google Tag Manager, which may load Google Analytics; these can set analytics cookies, which you can block in your browser settings.

Data retention

We keep enquiry data for up to 3 years after our last contact, client project records for as long as the law requires (for example, for tax purposes), and newsletter data until you unsubscribe. After that we delete or anonymise it.

Your rights

You have the right to:

access the personal data we hold about you,
correct or update inaccurate data,
request erasure of your data,
withdraw consent and unsubscribe from emails at any time,
nominate another person to exercise your rights, and
raise a grievance with us, and then with the Data Protection Board of India if it isn't resolved.

Security

We use HTTPS encryption, access controls, hashed passwords and reputable hosting providers to protect your data. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and will notify you and the authorities of a breach where the law requires.

Children

Our website and services are not directed at children under 18, and we don't knowingly collect their personal data.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
