Pricing & Delivery Terms

These Pricing & Delivery Terms explain what you pay, what is included and what we promise when Codivra Solutions builds a website, software or app for you. They apply together with our Terms & Conditions. If your written quote says something different, the quote wins.

In short

  • One price, agreed in writing. Your quote lists exactly what we will build and the final price, plus GST where applicable.
  • Pay in two parts: 50% to start, 50% after you approve the finished work and before it goes live.
  • Everything included: design, development, launch, and for websites the domain and hosting, with no compulsory yearly charges.
  • 1 year of free support for bug fixes and help.
  • On-time delivery or 50% back. If we miss the agreed delivery date because of us, you get 50% of the project price back.
  • New features and changed requirements are quoted separately and move the delivery date.

1. What the price includes

The prices on our Pricing page are starting prices for a standard project. Your written quote confirms the final price and lists the pages, screens and features included. Unless the quote says otherwise, it includes:

  • Design, development, testing and launch of the agreed features.
  • Websites: a .in domain and hosting, SSL, basic on-page SEO and Google Search Console setup.
  • Apps: publishing on Google Play and/or the Apple App Store using developer accounts in your name.
  • 1 year of free support after launch (see section 8).

Anything not listed in your quote is a new feature (see section 6).

2. Your quote and scope

Before we start, we send a written quote with the scope, price and delivery date. Work starts once you accept the quote and pay the advance. Quotes are valid for 30 days.

3. Payment

  • 50% advance when you accept the quote. Work starts after we receive it.
  • 50% balance after you approve the final version in a demo, before the website goes live or the app is published, and before source code and accounts are handed over.
  • We accept UPI and bank transfer, and send a receipt for every payment.
  • The price in an accepted quote does not change unless you ask for changes.
  • GST: prices on our website and in quotes exclude GST. Where GST applies, it is added at the current rate (18% for IT and software services) and shown on your quote and tax invoice before you pay. Nothing else is added at the end.

4. Revisions

  • Design stage: up to 2 rounds of changes to the design before development starts.
  • Final demo: 1 round of small corrections (text, colours, images, layout tweaks) before launch.
  • Further rounds, or changes to agreed features, are treated as change requests (section 6).

5. Delivery date and our On-Time Delivery Guarantee

The delivery date is written in your quote. The timeline starts on the later of:

  1. the day we receive your advance payment, and
  2. the day we receive everything we need from you to start: content (text, logo, images, product details), and access to any accounts we need.

Our guarantee. If we do not deliver the agreed work by the delivery date for reasons within our control, you get 50% of the total project price back. If you have not yet paid the 50% balance, we instead reduce the total price by 50%, so you owe nothing more. To claim it, message us by email or WhatsApp within 7 days of the missed date.

The delivery date moves (and delay is not covered by the guarantee) when the delay is caused by:

  • Changes to requirements. Any change, addition or removal after the quote is accepted, including repeated changes to features, design or content. Each change request comes with its own new delivery date.
  • Waiting for you. Late content, feedback, approvals, payments or account access. The date moves by the number of days we were waiting.
  • Third parties. App store review and account verification by Google or Apple, domain or DNS changes, payment gateway approvals, or outages at hosting and other providers.
  • Pauses you request, or events outside anyone's control such as natural disasters, government restrictions or widespread internet outages.

The guarantee applies once per project, is limited to 50% of the project price, and is in addition to your rights under Indian law.

6. Change requests and new features

New features, and changes to features already agreed, are not included in the price. We quote each one separately. The price depends on the feature and is agreed with you before we start. Approved changes also move the delivery date by the time they need.

7. Domain, hosting and fair use

  • Websites: we register the domain in your name and host the website. While it stays on our hosting, domain and hosting renewals are covered by us at no extra cost.
  • Fair use: included hosting is for standard business websites. If a site needs much more capacity (for example very high traffic, large file or video storage, or a large online store), we will explain the options and quote any upgraded hosting before anything changes.
  • If you move your website to another host, renewals from then on are paid by you to your new provider.
  • Apps: Google Play (one-time fee) and Apple (yearly fee) charge their developer-account fees directly to your own accounts.
  • Business email accounts, paid plugins or themes, SMS and WhatsApp messaging credits, and payment gateway fees are not included unless your quote lists them.

8. 1 year of free support

For 1 year after launch we fix bugs in the features we built, at no cost, and help you use your website, software or app. We reply within one business day. Free support does not include:

  • New features or changes to agreed features (section 6).
  • Problems caused by changes made by someone else, or by third-party services changing how they work.
  • Adding or updating your content beyond small help, which the optional Care Plan covers.

9. Optional Care Plan

After the free year, you can choose the Care Plan (₹2,999 per year), which continues support, includes up to 12 small changes a year, security updates, backups, monitoring and priority WhatsApp support. It is optional: your website or app keeps working without it.

10. Cancellation and refunds

  • Before work starts: cancel and we refund your advance in full.
  • After work starts: the advance is not refundable, except under the On-Time Delivery Guarantee. We hand over the work completed so far.
  • Approved refunds are paid within 7 working days to the original payment method.

11. Ownership

Once the full price is paid, you own the final source code, designs and content made for your project, as set out in our Terms & Conditions.
